The Pre-Order Advantage
PRE-ORDERING is having the advantage of confirming your purchase before it has been released and hits the stores. If an item sells out from our pre-order section, it will not be sold in stores, therefore, pre-ordering items is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
To pre-order an item you will need to add the desired product colour and size to your shopping bag as you would with any other order. You will then need to continue to the check-out and pay for the item. As soon as item is available we send it out. Items that are available for pre-order will be clearly labelled on our website.
Terms and Conditions
1. All pre-orders must be paid in full to secure your order.
2. If your order contains more than one item, we will dispatch your order once the full order is ready.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-order at any point.
4. Not all items that go out of stock will be available to pre-order.
5. All pre-order items cannot be shipped until the advised delivery date. These time frames of arrival are estimated via our suppliers. Please know that these deliveries can be delayed or brought forward from time to time, however we ensure to attempt delivery at the original estimated date.
6. Payment is required at the time you place your pre-order. Your Credit Card/PayPal account will be charged once you place your order.
7. Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by manufacturers. If for some reason, we cannot fulfil your order due to an inventory or a manufacturing error we promise to cancel your order and refund you.
8. Pre-order items are excluded from promotions.

1a. Ordering Clothing with custom Labels
In our never-ending quest to deliver tailored, impeccable service, we’re offering customers the ability to order custom labels on their clothing.
If you’d like to add custom labels to your clothing, please contact us regarding the specifications your require and we’ll discuss how to make the luxury, custom branding a reality for your store!
Here’s what you need to know to get your own customised clothing for that extra personal and professional touch to your stock:
Customers need to provide us with their own labels.
All styles coming in size ratio packs and colour packs will be sold as shown on our website. Shall you need any style in specific sizes or colour please read our paragraph 2.
The order will be ready in 5-10 working days once we receive labels.
Advance payment is necessary to process your order.
We cannot refund your order once it has been processed.
We will provide a separate invoice for custom labelling orders and on accept of clear payment only we shall process your order
Please enquire before placing order of custom labelling as it could be done for some particular styles only and it might not be possible to change labels for all styles available with us.
We could also barcode stock if you provide us with your own barcodes.
We could change collar labels and put your brand swing tickets. Prices for same is £1.50 per unit including barcoding.
Exchange your items or refund items once custom labelled.
We could not break packs as specified on website.
Change buttons or zip on any item
Change leather labels on the backside of Jeans
Emboss brand names on zips or metal tags.
2a.Special orders – Manufacturing with custom labelling
You could choose any style from our website for custom labelling. In this case we do not need sample however kindly provide a sample for production of your own chosen style.
We need a sample before quoting price or delivery turnaround time.
In case of a style in ratio packs; minimum order quantity is 10 units each size and minimum 100 units per style; which could be in different colours.
If style comes in One Size (UK 8-12) then minimum order quantity is 20 of each colour and minimum 100 units per style.
If we have a particular style on our website and a plus size is to be done in same style then we will charge extra for same and price will not be same as regular size.
We need advance payment in all cases.
Goods made in Europe will take 10-20 working days for delivery and rest of world is 4-6 weeks by Air. It will be 8-10 weeks if goods are coming by Shop. Timeframe for delivering orders is from the day we receive labels from your end.
In case of delays in transit we will not refund / return items
For plus sizes price is not same as regular sizes.

3. Ordering Samples
We are happy to offer our customers the opportunity to check out our products with purchasable samples. If you’d like to purchase a sample from us, please refer to the following instructions and information on purchasing samples.
3a. Make sure you’re eligible for samples.
Only customers who are registered to J5 Fashion (e.g. have a user account with us) may purchase samples. If you haven’t yet got an account, you can register here.
3b. Requesting Samples
We do not take sample requests by phone, LiveChat or Whatsapp; we only process sample requests through email. Any sample request must be sent to email@example.com
3c. Sample Pricing
All sample prices follow the same pricing calculation: Sample Price = Unit Price + 50%. For example, if a jacket’s unit price is £10, the sample of that jacket will cost £15 (50% of £10 = £5, £10 + £5 = £15).
Customers both domestic and international will also be responsible for covering delivery and shipping fees.
3d. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept refunds or returns for samples - make sure you can absorb the costs for sample orders before requesting them.
3e. Next Steps
If you decide the sample is to your liking,and you wants to proceed for your order, we can offer 10% off your first order following your sample request. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your discount code.
4. Custom Orders
Customers who wish to order products in pack configurations that differ from our listings (for example, if a product comes in a pack with 4 sizes but a customer wishes to only order one size) may be able to do so in certain circumstances. To be eligible for custom packs, you must be a registered user with a history of transactions with us, your order must be of a sufficient quantity to warrant the manufacturing costs, and you must pay for the custom order upfront in the knowledge that custom orders may take longer to fulfill.
