1b. UK Next Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday-Thursday are eligible for next day delivery, when you select Next Day Option at checkout.
UK Next Day delivery takes 1-2 working Days.
Orders placed on a Friday before 12.00pm will be delivered on Monday unless you opt for Saturday Delivery, which is available through special request over phone/whatsapp, for more details see below info.
For Saturday Delivery:
We are not having any Saturday delivery option at checkout page but we can deliver on Saturdays upon request, in order to get your order delivered on Saturday please checkout using Click & Collect option and contact us through Whatsapp / Email to get the payment link via email or pay us through Paypal.
Note : Saturday Delivery charges are comparitively higher than normal delivery charges which is £29.99 per box & this delivery service is for UK mainland only.
Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
Please Note : We will not be able to deliver your parcel on Sundays using any courier.

2. EU delivery details:
If you would like to arrange your own shipping after purchasing with us you are welcome to do so. We will always charge shipping fees but will refund your account once the purchase has been made.
We use UPS Courier for our delivery services. If you have a different delivery preference, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For delivery to the rest of the world (countries which are not available to select at checkout), please email us at j5help@hotmail.com / support@j5fashion.com to get a quotation. Alternatively you can checkout using the Click & Collect option and arrange your own courier to pick up itemsfrom our warehouse in Manchester (UK). For detailed information regarding the Click & Collect option please click here.
VAT is not applicable for countries outside UK & EU but you may be liable for Local Taxes which vary from country to country (we have no control over local Taxes). For detailed information on local taxes please contact your local custom & revenue office.
6. Nigeria (Africa):
If a customer purchases goods and the delivery address is within the UK, then VAT will be charged. VAT will only be refunded once the customer has proof the goods have been shipped out of the UK. This will be refunded 5-10 working days after receiving proof.
7. Separate delivery transportation:
If you would like to arrange your own delivery transportation after purchasing with us (in case you find our shipping rates expensive or you have an alternative), you are welcome to do so. In order to do this please select the Click & Collect option at checkout & email us with dates when you are going to pick your order.
Please allow us at least 24-48 hrs after placing your order to provide you with the parcel weight and dimensions. After receiving details from our side you can book parcel using your own shipping company or from any shipment company.

Note : All the above mentioned delivery dates are estimated and can vary due to a number of reasons (weather, customs or road accidents etc). In case your parcel is not delivered as per schedule, please allow us a further 48 - 72 working hours before contacting us. We will not be liable for any claim and we will not be able to cancel your order in these conditions. If your parcel is not delivered after 15 working days as per scheduled delivery, we will proceed with a claim & you will either be refunded or a replacement will be sent to you.
**Provided Shipping Rates are for estimate only, final shipment cost may vary which depends upon your location postcode and selection of goods. After packing your order we will contact our courier with exact weight and dimensions and after courier input we will provide you with final cost. For example, we have charged £50 for shipping and Courier quotation comes out £60, in this case we will send you a separate invoice of £60-£50 = £10 to pay.
In case you find our shipping prices high, you always have option to use your own courier company, in this case we will refund the entire shipping cost which you have paid while placing order.
8. Parcel Delivery Concerns
If you believe your parcel hasn't been delivered despite the courier's tracking status, please follow our resolution process:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team immediately.
Opening a Case: We will open a case with the shipping company to investigate. You'll receive a form confirming non-receipt, which we kindly ask you to sign and return via email.
Timeline: Investigations take 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Resolution Options: After investigation, if the courier confirms non-delivery, we will:
- Issue a refund for the undelivered items.
- Send a replacement order based on your preference.
Courier Denial: Unfortunately, if the courier denies our claim, we won't be able to provide a refund or replacement.
